Avocado Toast with Egg, Tomato, and Fresh Basil

Avocado toast is a California favorite. Add an egg for some extra protein. High in fiber and unsaturated fats, this will keep you happy until lunch time.
Recipe:
- 1 roma tomato
 - 1 egg, cooked over easy
 - 1/2 medium avocado
 - 1 piece toasted whole wheat or multigrain bread
 - 1 tsp garlic salt
 - 1 sprig basil
 
Directions:
- Top it off with your favorite hot sauce or salsa for some heat!
