Honey Dijon Baked Salmon
Healthy and convenient, this sweet and savory dinner is ready in about 30 minutes.
Recipe:
- 2 6-8oz filets of salmon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard in a bowl and stir together.
- Pat dry salmon filets and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat with honey Dijon mixture. Place on non-stick baking sheet.
- Sprinkle panko and parsley on top of filets.
- Bake salmon in oven for 15-18 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.
